✅ How It Works
Visit us in-store during opening hours:
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

A Padel Code team member will:
- Show you the available rackets and provide advice and recommendations based on your playing style and level.
- Choose from our selected demo rackets. Please note that we have limited availability, not all rackets in store will be available for demo.
- Take photos of it before issuing to record its condition (just like a vehicle rental).
You'll have one full week to test it:
- Example: Pick up Tuesday → Return the following Tuesday

💰 Pricing
You'll pay the full retail price upfront when collecting the demo racket
After your trial, you can:
✅ Buy the racket → No demo fee applies. A member of the team will give you a new racket when returning the demo racket.
🔄 Return or swap for another demo racket → $40 demo fee applies. You'll receive a refund of the full amount minus $40, provided the racket is returned in the same condition

❓ FAQs
Are all rackets on your website available for demo?
- No, only rackets marked as "Demo"
- Browse them under the "Demo Rackets" section on our website

Can I take 2 demo rackets on the same day?
- Yes, you can take multiple demo rackets
- You will need to pay the full retail price upfront for each racket

Can I change the overgrip during my demo trial?
- Yes, you're welcome to change or add your own overgrip
- Please do not remove the original grip

What happens if I return the racket late?
- Late returns will incur an additional $40 fee per demo racket.

- If it is not returned within 2 weeks, Padelcode will assume you will be keeping the Demo racket and not refunds will be done after that date.

Is shipping available for the demo service?
- Not at the moment. The demo program is in-store only

What happens if the racket is damaged?
- If the racket is returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from your refund. Minor ball marks, light surface scuffs, and normal playing signs are considered acceptable.
