Order Processing

Products in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

For pre-order items, orders will be dispatched as soon as the product is available. Estimated availability dates, where provided, are subject to change. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Standard Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. We strive to provide competitive and transparent shipping rates to ensure you get the best value for your money.
Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays and peak shipping periods.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

We also offer free express shipping within Australia on orders over $500 that weigh less than 3 kg.

Orders are processed on the next business day, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier network disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Next day Delivery

We are working with our partners to offer next day delivery to Metro areas.

Click & Collect

Padel Code offers pick up of orders from the Workit Space Reception, located at 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. Reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Collection outside these hours is currently not available.

Padel Code aims to dispatch orders in 24 hours. Please wait until order confirmation email before attempting to collect. You will receive a email confirming your order is ready for collection once it's been packed.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping

We are now shipping to various countries around the world and will continue to add more countries. Please note that not all products are available to be shipped outside Australia. If Checkout does not allow you to continue, the product is not available for international shipping.

Items in stock shall be processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items shall be dispatched as soon as available. Shipping times may vary depending on couriers.

Any import duties that may occur at the country of destination, are solely the responsibility of the client. Padelcode will not be responsible for any other costs arising from importing the products.
