Standard Delivery 

We offer standard shipping to all locations within Australia.

Items in stock shall be processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items shall be dispatched as soon as available.

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary.

Express Delivery

For an additional fee, we offer express delivery. Padelcode will process your order on the next business day. Shipping times may vary depending on couriers.

Next day Delivery

We are working with our partners to offer next day delivery to Metro areas.

Click & Collect

Padel Code is now offering click & collect from the Workit Space Reception, located at 35-39 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. Reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Collection outside these hours is currently not available.

Padel Code aims to dispatch orders in 24 hours. Please wait until order confirmation email before attempting to collect.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all national (Australia) orders of $150 and above. For all other purchases shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We offer competitive and transparent shipping rates to ensure you get the best value for your money.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping

We are now shipping to various countries around the world and will continue to add more countries. Please note that not all products are available to be shipped outside Australia. If Checkout does not allow you to continue, the product is not available for international shipping.

Any import duties that may occur at the country of destination, are solely the responsibility of the client. Padelcode will not be responsible for any other costs arising from importing the products.
