Padelcode Pty Return Policy

At Padel Code, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products eligible for return must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Original proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
Products must have all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance/Outlet purchases
While these items are not eligible for our returns policy, if your item is damaged or faulty and eligible for return, you will need to contact our customer service team at sales@padelcode.com.au and will help guide you through the process.
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@padelcode.com.au to request a return authorization.
Once you receive authorization, you can either ship the product directly back to us, or you can request a pre-paid return label with the return address. If you select a pre-paid label, note the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Warranty Claims
If you believe your product is faulty, please send us an email to sales@padelcode.com.au quoting your order number.
Warranty claims are covered by the brand, for us to be able to process a warranty claim, we will request for detailed photos of the issue and serial number. Please, under NO circumstances, should you dispose of the faulty product before we confirm the warranty is valid and has been processed. Evidence of destruction may be requested at the brands discretion. If you dispose of the product prior to the warranty claim being approved, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.
If your item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will send you a replacement. In the event that your replacement is no longer sold, we will offer you one of the same value or refund the original item.
6. Consumer Guarantees
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees outlined in the ACL, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
