Developed to maintain optimal performance throughout multiple matches, NERBO balls offer outstanding durability and reliability, making them perfect for both training sessions and official tournaments. Approved by the International Padel Federation (FIP), they are the official ball of the elite A1 Padel circuit, where consistent quality is essential.

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Enjoy FREE standard shipping for orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 is applied for standard shipping.
DISPATCH
Orders placed before 11:00am AEST on weekdays will typically be dispatched on the same day.
However, during peak periods, your order may be dispatched on the following business day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within one business day.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, Australia Post parcel delivery times will be applicable.
Please allow 1-2 days for Express shipping and 3-4 days for Regular shipping.

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we extend the invitation to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the product remains in new, unused, and re-saleable condition.
Please ensure that the product remains in its original packaging with all labels intact.
For returns or exchanges to be processed, valid proof of purchase (e-receipt and Padel Code order number) is required.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" or those purchased during a promotional "Sale" period are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of faultiness.
